Pandia Press – History Odyssey

History Odyssey is a multi level history curriculum from Pandia Press that combines narrative history books, primary source readings, map work, and writing assignments in open and go weekly plans. Created by Kate Johnson and a team of secular educators who also developed REAL Science Odyssey and History Quest, the program is organized into stages that mirror classical and project based approaches from late elementary through high school. Each level guides students through reading, outlining, timeline work, and written responses so they gradually build strong study and critical thinking skills. Families choose History Odyssey when they want a structured, literature rich path through ancient, medieval, early modern, and modern history that is clearly secular and academically solid.
