Blen is a mechanical engineering student and multilingual tutor who makes learning fun, flexible, and motivating. She has taught English and math to children and families, shaping lessons to match each learner’s personality and pace. Scholarship awards recognize her strong academic record, and she brings focus and optimism to every session. Through games, real-life examples, and steady encouragement, she helps students feel confident and capable. When not tutoring, she watches football, tackles math puzzles for fun, and sometimes dreams up solutions to tricky physics problems.

Every day → 5am–7am
Monday & Tuesday & Thursday → 6pm–10pm
Wednesday → 2pm–10pm
Friday, Saturday, Sunday → Full-day availability (open to scheduling at any time)

I focus on creating a comfortable environment where children feel supported, keeping lessons active and engaging, and tailoring each session to their individual needs and interests.

I’m a second-year Mechanical Engineering student with a high school diploma.

I have experience tutoring both children and families. I tutored an entire family of four who were preparing to move to the US, helping them with English. I also tutor one child in math and another in English on weekends. These experiences have helped me develop patience, adaptability, and strategies to make learning engaging for different ages.

My mission

My mission is to help kids enjoy learning and feel confident in their abilities. I love seeing that moment when a child finally understands something they’ve been struggling with. I try to make lessons fun and personal, so learning feels engaging, not stressful, and kids can carry those skills and curiosity with them beyond the lesson.

How I adapt to students with diverse intellectual needs.

I personalize lessons to fit each child’s needs and energy. For example, one student I teach English on weekends is very energetic and doesn’t like sitting still, so I adapted the lessons into different games where she learns English without even noticing it. I’ve also tutored a child in math and a family of four preparing to move to the US, adjusting my approach to suit each learner.

While I haven’t formally worked with diagnosed ADHD, I have experience adapting lessons to children who need extra movement, variety, and stimulation to stay focused.
