I am available almost any day of the week at any time.

My approach to teaching is catering the material towards the students. I make it a point to get to know the students and to teach in a way that they understand.

I have a Bachelors Degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of California Riverside.

Upon obtaining my Bachelors Degree, I served with City Year AmeriCorps, where I mentored and tutored students in mathematics. This extended to helping the partner teacher get the Teaching Credential by tutoring the teacher in calculus. After my service with City Year, I started tutoring students as a contractor through various companies in both the public and private setting, which I still do to this day.

My mission

My mission is to help people to be successful. People often need help to realize their full potential. As a tutor, I can help with people to discover their potential, as I have already done this. Helping people out inspires me to tutor. I hope to make a long, lasting impact on the students I help out.

My Story

I grew up in Arcadia and lived in Arcadia most of my life. Throughout the years, I continue to overcome the challenges of living with Autism. Having great math teachers inspired me to become a math teacher. To this day, I continue to seek advice from these math teachers. I look forward to teaching Math again.

Cognitive Diversity

How I adapt to students with diverse intellectual needs.

I try to understand the minds students have, including any documentation that may pertain to it. This experience comes from my time as a Special Education Assistant, when I worked with students with learning differences.

I am on the Autism Spectrum myself and have tutored students with Autism online.
