Erica is a caring and versatile educator with an associate degree in Education and TEFL certification. With over a decade of experience, including seven years as a special education paraprofessional, she brings deep understanding and patience to her teaching. Erica has worked with students of all ages and needs, including those with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and English language learners. She makes subjects approachable, fun, and confidence-building. Recognized as an Outstanding Special Ed Paraprofessional in 2021, she enjoys drawing, coloring, and gaming in her spare time.

My mission

My mission is to help students in special needs from 10 to 60. I can also tutor those whose English is their second language as well. I have a diverse range of experience helping students become successful. I work with a variety of ages and groups of students.

Cognitive Diversity

How I adapt to students with diverse intellectual needs.

I was a special ed paraprofessional for seven years and currently work as a sub teacher. I had the experience to work with many different ages of students with different needs and disabilities. I have also worked with students who are English Language Learners as well. I have translated many materials for those who need translation help as well.

I have always worked with many different ages and have worked with different tools with this condition. I've learned to work with those with many difficulties and have helped those suceed.
