My mission

My passion for this teaching role comes from a deeply personal place. Having lost my parents at age seven, I understand what it means to face profound challenges. This experience, however, became the source of my resilience, driving me from the bottom of my class to a school for the top 2%, a journey I believe can inspire your students to see their own potential.

My professional career in finance and consulting, complemented by an Ivy League MBA and an education across five countries, has equipped me with a unique ability to break down complex problems into achievable steps. I want to use this strategic mindset not for corporate deals, but to help your students architect their own success stories, empowering them to overcome obstacles and build the future they deserve.

My Story

I was born and grown up in Kyoto, Japan's former imperial capital and a city steeped in over a thousand years of history. This environment nurtured my deep appreciation for our cultural heritage and its subtle complexities. I channel this passion into my hobby of playing Shogi, the traditional Japanese game of strategy and foresight. This background provides me with an authentic perspective on Japanese history and the strategic thinking that has shaped it.

Cognitive Diversity

How I adapt to students with diverse intellectual needs.

My story is in the video, but I used to struggle to learn in primary school in a group. However, private tutoring helped me change my situation, and I moved up from the bottom to the top of the class within one and a half years. Personal motivation is the key.

I was helping students get into a top 2% school. I studied at a top 2% school in Japan. My colleagues in the MBA program had scores above the top 2%.
