He was just over all qualified. I watched him teach and then I tried it. I like the way he explains things, he helps my child understand why they got them wrong. What we liked: His wanting to help other people.

I met Carol through the Early Intervention Program with Meigs County Job and Family Services. She visited my home on a bi-weekly basis to set goals and evaluate my child's progress in early childhood development. Each visit, she worked with my child on his goals and provided feedback on his outcomes, as well as made suggestions for activities we could do between visits to strengthen his abilities. Carol offered fantastic support and would also check in with me between visits and answer any questions I had regarding my child's development. I was very satisfied with her services. She isn't just great at what she does, teaching children; she is compassionate and truly cares for the child's whole being. She is personable, doesn't judge, and has a heart for children. I could tell she really cared about my child and me. Carol had to cancel occasionally and wasn't always on time, but she was always sure to communicate that to me in advance. I was a foster parent for Meigs County and had multiple children placed in my home I understand that children come from all walks of life and believe Carol does too. That kind of understanding enables Carol to excel in her role as a tutor. I also have experience teaching life skills to first-year college students. I know what it takes to teach a diverse group of students who come of all different backgrounds. It can take a lot of patience, acceptance, and compassion, which Carol has.
