Menna is a STEM-trained educator from the Faculty of Education at Ain Shams University with specialized training in online teaching and communication. They have over three years of experience teaching English as a Second Language both online and in person, and they also support students in math, physics, data skills, and general science. Menna creates an engaging, supportive environment using visuals, games, real-life examples, and interactive activities so abstract ideas feel concrete and fun. They adapt every lesson to a learner’s age, level, and personality, breaking tasks into manageable steps and celebrating small wins so students feel safe asking questions and taking risks. Menna has experience supporting learners with ADHD and uses clear routines, movement breaks, and multisensory tools to sustain focus. Families appreciate how they blend strong subject knowledge with warmth, patience, and creativity. Outside of sessions, Menna loves designing their own learning materials, exploring new educational technology, and bringing photography and art into the classroom.

My teaching approach focuses on creating an engaging and supportive environment where students feel confident to express themselves and learn through interaction. I use visual aids, games, and real-life examples to make lessons enjoyable and easy to understand. I always adapt my teaching style based on the learner’s age, level, and personality to ensure the best results.

Cognitive Diversity

How I adapt to students with diverse intellectual needs.

I believe every learner is unique, so I always customize my lessons to match their individual learning style. For gifted students, I provide enrichment activities to challenge them, while for those who struggle, I use simplified steps, positive reinforcement, and visual support to help them understand better. I value patience and creativity when teaching students with diverse learning needs.

I have experience teaching children with ADHD both in-person and online. I use short, varied activities and clear visual cues to keep lessons dynamic and engaging. I also include movement breaks, positive reinforcement, and interactive tools like games and visuals to maintain focus. I always keep instructions simple and encourage participation to help them stay motivated and confident.
