Turkan is a seasoned math educator with advanced degrees in applied mathematics and math education and many years of experience teaching high school and college-level courses. They tutor algebra, geometry, precalculus, and related topics, helping students prepare for course exams, standardized tests, and future STEM paths. In sessions, Turkan starts by identifying where a learner is confident and where they feel stuck, then breaks complex problems into smaller, approachable tasks.
