Inner Rainbow Project

Inner Rainbow Project, also known as Chakra Kids, is a movement and resource hub that uses colorful “chakra” characters, storybooks, and activity cards to help children build emotional vocabulary and self awareness through a playful, spiritually inspired lens. Created by educator and yoga teacher Lyndsay Marquez, the program links colors and body areas to feelings and strengths, inviting kids to check in with their “inner rainbow.” Materials include guided meditations, movement suggestions, and conversation prompts for parents. Families who are comfortable with chakra language use Inner Rainbow Project as part of their mindfulness and social emotional practice, adapting it to their own beliefs while focusing on self acceptance and intuition.
