Peekapak
Peekapak is a social emotional learning curriculum for preK through middle school that combines illustrated stories, lesson plans, and online games to teach skills like empathy, self regulation, and teamwork. Co founded by Canadian educator Ami Shah, Peekapak was created after she saw how important emotional literacy was to her students’ success and wanted a way to integrate it into literacy instruction. The program offers classroom sequences, home links, and a digital platform that collects sentiment data to help adults support students more proactively. Homeschool families use Peekapak through school partnerships or direct subscriptions to build consistent SEL routines alongside reading time.
