I have experience working with gifted students who thrive when challenged with deeper, more complex tasks. My approach includes offering enrichment activities, open-ended questions, and opportunities for critical thinking, creativity, and independent exploration. I also focus on balancing academic challenge with emotional support, as gifted learners sometimes need encouragement in managing perfectionism or frustration. My goal is to help gifted students stay motivated, engaged, and confident while reaching their full potential.
