My approach is that all children learn at their own pace and their own modifications and through their own individual instructions thats catered to their own understanding I teach at the childs level and comprehension. I find its easier because it gives the student individual learning goals, and structured lessons for each students own capabilities.

My mission

Mission is to make sure all students are at their level of understanding. I hope with my instruction students would go on in their lives and become productive citizens and world leaders in what ever field they so choose I want the world to know that education is important and our youths are what molds the world together,so how can we cut programs and chop extracurricular activites out of our schools, its just heart breaking and If one person at a time learn from my intsruction and grow to become the president or a world leader or just a turtor or teacher one day my work as an educator is done. Even if the student decides that educaiton ends after highschool at least the will have a solid foundation reading, math, science and several course to make thier jobs a lot easier. One life at a time is my motto. This is what inspires me to tutor.

My Story

I grow up in Illinois and i went to school everyday but I had a bit of trouble with math and reading and a teacher named Majorie Bryson took me under her wing and helped me to reading and do math fluently she was phenomal and was dedicated in helping students overcoming any stigma that was causing trouble in any of her students learning. Shed take me out eveyday around 5pm and help me get myself back to the levels I once had her and Mr. Majors were the best teachers possible Mr. Major was a math teacher and professor at a university adjunct and on saturdays I would go to his home and he would teach me math concepts mostly algebra. They were wonderful and reall gave me an excellent start in life,

Cognitive Diversity

How I adapt to students with diverse intellectual needs.

Well I wasn't always gifted in math so l studied really hard and I found myself needing rote learning styles to help me remeber formulas and equations, rote wroks for me becuse its repeatitive math instruction which help me remember, until i got it. I was instructed with the same information but given to me in different formats which reached the same result. But it was diverse in nature and very practical. I found that practice is the key to learning and math is an everyday learning process, you have to do it over and over again to learn and remember all the steps and processes to complete your assigned task.

My all time favorite working with children who are quick and very knowledable.

alot of hands on with adhd kids only becuase they get bored easily they need excitment and engaging activities to keep them interested.

its sort of hard depending on the levels that they have being autisic doesn't mean always modifications but for the most part working with children with autism is great but you have to get to know their style of learning to cater lessons toward their learning type.

yes its a process in teaching children with dyslexia.

Pop its a sensory tool is what I have been using it helps with the childs sensory problems and it helps most children focus more.
