Wency is a Mandarin language specialist who created their own InnoMandarin approach to make Chinese easier and faster to learn. After years of teaching children, teens, and adults around the world, they noticed that traditional methods relied too heavily on rote memorization. In response, Wency developed a system that uses stories, images, and patterns so learners can speak and read Mandarin more naturally. Their lessons focus on listening and speaking first, building characters and reading skills through meaningful context rather than endless copying. Wency is comfortable supporting neurodivergent learners, including those with ADHD, autism, and dyslexia, and they design sessions with short, focused activities, predictable routines, and lots of positive feedback. Whether a learner is a young beginner or an adult brushing up for work or travel, Wency aims to make every class feel achievable and fun.

I created the easiest and fastest approach to learning Chinese, which is more effective than a mother tongue. We practice real speaking and think in Chinese from the first lesson, and read with the easiest tricks after class. Students can speak and read like a native in months!

I am a passionate and consistent learner with a bachelor's degree, business-writing work experience, certified in TESOL and TCSOL, and an AE E-teacher. I also self-taught English and am learning Japanese.

I have helped hundreds of students from around the world, from beginners to proficient. They have much stronger real-life conversational skills than the traditional approach.

How I adapt to students with diverse intellectual needs.

We employ a memorable approach, a systematic course, and an individualized plan for each student. All children enjoy learning from movies or stories, and express unique thoughts rather than reciting a textbook. The practical and tailored listening exercises after class also help they remember new knowledge easily. They can usually use natural expressions and idioms in real life with ease!

I respect every student's interests and quickly adjust the pace and content based on their emotional changes during class, to help them maintain their attention and achieve the best improvement results.
