A math and finance expert, he’s known for customizing his approach to each learner’s goals—turning frustration into confidence and confusion into clarity. His calm, communicative style has helped students with ADHD, dyslexia, and gifted learners succeed on standardized tests and in advanced math. Jeffrey believes tutoring is a team effort and celebrates every win with families. Outside teaching, he enjoys fitness, lifelong learning, and perfecting his collection of dad jokes.

I then customize my approach in a way that wiill produce success and confidence for the student. I communicate thoroughly and consistently with the family, and celebrate the student's success with the family.

How I adapt to students with diverse intellectual needs.

I have worked with students with various learning differences. My approach is to allow the student's needs guide my approach, as opposed to fitting the student into a standard methodology. One student I had with ADHD, who had underperformed on the SAT, was able to get accepted to his dream school. What a celebration!
