Move This World

Move This World is a social emotional learning program that uses short movement and reflection videos to help students process emotions and build skills like self awareness, empathy, and conflict resolution. Founded by educator and performer Sara Potler LaHayne, the program grew out of her observation that kids often needed embodied ways to express feelings, not just verbal discussion. Daily or weekly video routines guide classes or families through breathing, visualization, and simple choreography tied to emotional check ins. Homeschoolers access Move This World through school partnerships or subscriptions and use it as a structured way to start the day, transition between subjects, or debrief after stressful events.
