Shayan holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Electronics from COMSATS University and a Master’s in Electrical Engineering in AI and Autonomous Systems from NUST. He has over three years of experience as a coding instructor working with learners from K–12 to university level and brings hands-on experience in robotics, machine learning, and practical AI projects into his lessons. His student-centered, interactive approach simplifies complex concepts into clear steps, uses real-world examples and hands-on projects, and adapts to each learner’s style and pace. He has worked with students with ADHD and with gifted learners, keeping sessions engaging with short activities, visual supports, and regular check-ins. Alongside my formal education, I have hands-on experience in robotics, AI, and coding instruction. I continuously upskill through self-learning and industry projects.

I have over 3 years of experience as a coding instructor, teaching students from K–12 to university level. I often help peers and juniors with programming, robotics, and AI concepts, simplifying topics for better understanding. My mission is to make learning both accessible and exciting by helping students discover their strengths and build confidence in their abilities. I am inspired to tutor because I love seeing the moment when a concept “clicks” for a learner, turning challenges into achievements. Guiding students—whether in coding, academics, or creative skills—motivates me to keep creating supportive, personalized, and engaging learning experiences that spark curiosity and long-term growth.

My Story

Growing up, I was always fascinated by how things worked, which naturally led me to Electrical Engineering. My educational journey began at Fazaia Degree College, and then I had the opportunity to study in the UK for few years. Eventually, I returned to complete my graduation in Electronics from COMSATS University Islamabad. Now, I'm pursuing my master's with a specialization in AI and Autonomous Systems.
My passion for teaching was sparked during my time with BrightChamps, where I had the joy of teaching coding to a wide range of students, from young kids to college-level learners. I also love helping my siblings with Math and Physics, which keeps me sharp and connected to the learning process.

How I adapt to students with diverse intellectual needs.

I believe every student learns differently, so I adapt lessons by using visual, interactive, and step-by-step methods tailored to their pace and interests. I have experience teaching both struggling learners and gifted students, ensuring they feel supported and challenged appropriately. My focus is always on building confidence, curiosity, and a love for learning.

I have experience teaching 2-4 students with ADHD and I focus on keeping lessons engaging, structured, and interactive. I use short activities, visuals, and regular check-ins to maintain attention while allowing flexibility for movement or breaks.
