10th Grade Social Studies

Tenth grade social studies gives teens a chance to explore history and social systems with more depth and independence. Our 10th Grade Social Studies collection curates vetted, secular resources for homeschoolers, afterschooling families, and caregivers teaching students around ages 15–16. You’ll find curricula and courses in world history, modern history, global issues, and social sciences, along with discussion-based programs and tutors who support analytical writing and research. Every resource is reviewed for historical accuracy, inclusive perspectives, and realistic workload so teens can engage deeply without burning out. Use the filters to browse by topic (world history survey, regional studies, global issues, or social science), format (textbook-based, online class, project-based program, or primary-source-based curriculum), and learning needs such as ADHD, dyslexia, autism, giftedness, or 2e. Many families combine 10th grade social studies with literature, film, or current events studies. If you’re not sure which path best fits your teen’s interests and future plans, Modulo’s AI learning concierge can recommend options tailored to them.
