Blind or Low Vision

Our Blind or Low Vision collection centers resources and tutors thoughtfully designed or adapted for learners who are blind or have low vision. Homeschoolers, afterschooling families, and caregivers will find vetted, secular programs that offer accessible materials, tactile or audio-rich formats, screen reader compatibility, and clear descriptions of required adaptations. We highlight offerings that respect disability as a form of diversity, provide meaningful access to STEM, literacy, and enrichment, and, when possible, involve blind or low-vision educators. Use the filters to sort by subject, age range, format (curricula, assistive tools, live classes, tutoring), and additional needs such as ADHD, autism, or 2e. If you’re unsure which resources will be practically accessible in your home environment—or how to advocate for accessible materials—Modulo’s AI learning concierge can recommend options and questions to ask providers, tailored to your child’s vision profile and goals.
