Paul is a veteran educator of 21 years with a Master's in Educational Leadership and extensive experience teaching students with special needs and working on IEPs. He believes the foundation of learning is self-determination, built by making students feel believed in and taste success. He specializes in English Language Arts and Math and differentiates himself through his relatable personality and ability to connect with students on a personal level. His primary hobby is watching his three sons play sports and spending time with them in the woods.

All evenings, daytime hours on Fridays and weekends.

My personality and ability to understand and relate to students. I feel that this is more important than any concepts that I will ever teach a student. To be someone who can make them smile and feel important. Giving students a belief, a real belief, that regardless of their learning level, they can all learn and grow. If they are starting at a high level, they can go even higher. If they are behind, that just gives them more room to catch up.

Elementary Education, middle school math, and middle school social studies. I have a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership. I have worked as an assistant athletic director, as well as being a head varsity baseball coach.

How I adapt to students with diverse intellectual needs.

Yes, extensive experience. I had students with a wide variety of learning disabilities in my classes, as well as I have taught at a school for students with special needs and high behaviors. I have been a part of many IEP meetings, as well as GIEP meetings. I currently work with adults with disabilities, including many on autism spectrum.

I wanted to make sure that my daughter received the upmost support her in her regular classes. He exceeded the goals set. Provided academic support and was very personable with her.
