Shape America Curricula

Shape America Curricula are health and physical education resources developed by SHAPE America, the national professional organization for PE teachers. They provide standards, lesson ideas, and framework documents that show what quality PE and health programs can look like across grades. Homeschool parents use these materials to plan more intentional PE units and ensure they’re covering key skills beyond just “go outside and run.” Some resources are paid, but many guidance documents are free, offering strong structure for DIY PE planning.
