My approach to teaching comes from a creative mindset, as I've learned that students need to learn in a way that THEY will understand. My teaching is based off of the student, their needs and wants, and their mindset. I like to bounce my lessons off of a student by learning about how they learn best, and implementing that into the lessons.

I'm a current senior in high school, graduating early, and reaching to become a doctor!

I have tutored for seven years now, with many different age ranges. Throughout many years of tutoring, I have enhanced my knowledge on how to teach students individually and to focus on how they learn and adapt best.

My mission

My mission as a tutor is to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment where children can thrive. By blending organized, structured lessons with creative, fun activities, I can make learning an enjoyable process that goes beyond rote memorization. The goal is to spark curiosity and build a strong foundation of knowledge, empowering students to become confident, lifelong learners.

My Story

Growing up in a small village in Pakistan with little formal education, my world was small and familiar, defined by the rhythms of our community. When my family moved to a new country, that world shattered and was replaced by a new one filled with alien sounds, sights, and a language I couldn't comprehend. I struggled immensely, spending countless hours wrestling with books and concepts that came so easily to others, feeling perpetually lost and behind. Yet, through that struggle, I learned resilience and the true value of education. I discovered that learning is not about speed, but about breaking down challenges into small, manageable steps. My own journey through these difficulties has become my motivation; I now want to become a tutor so I can be the guide I never had, helping others navigate the intimidating world of learning with patience, creativity, and the understanding that comes from having walked a similar path.

Cognitive Diversity

How I adapt to students with diverse intellectual needs.

I approach personalizing lessons for different minds by focusing on what they do best, and what the weaknesses are. By balancing them out, I can develop a lesson that is well rehearsed, educational, organized, and yet very fun! It is also important to talk to their parents or guardians in order to fully understand what I need to do as a tutor in order for the student to enhance their knowledge to its full potential.

I do not have any experience with children with ADHD.
