Ava by Social Cipher

Social Cipher builds evidence-based, neurodiversity-affirming curriculum and video games that make social-emotional learning engaging and meaningful for students of all neurotypes. Built by a neurodiverse team, our game series “Ava” meets students where they are, and gives them the agency to practice social-emotional skills in a safe, fun, and accessible way. Our inclusive curriculum emphasizes skills that are especially important for neurodivergent youth–such as identity and self advocacy–and helps students generalize in-game learnings to their own lives. Our dashboard tracks these learnings to equip educators with a deeper understanding of students’ social strengths and challenges.
