9th Grade Games

Our 9th Grade Games collection focuses on connection and strategic thinking for teens around ages 14–15. Homeschoolers, afterschooling families, and caregivers will find vetted, secular board, card, and digital games that emphasize strategy, cooperation, negotiation, and humor—some with gentle academic tie-ins, many simply for fun. We review each game for complexity, replay value, and teen appeal. Use the filters to sort by focus (strategy, cooperative play, party-style, storytelling), game type, and learner needs such as ADHD, autism, dyslexia, or 2e, with options that vary in reading load and sensory intensity. Many families use this collection to keep game nights alive as kids grow more independent. If you’re unsure which ninth grade games fit your teen’s social style and preferences, Modulo’s AI learning concierge can suggest a short list tailored to your family.
