Online Program

Nautilus Homeschool is a complete, literature-based K-12 homeschool curriculum for intellectually curious kids who love to read. Our approach rests on three pillars: a strong verbal and math foundation, a focus on great books, and the flexibility to create an education program that is uniquely suited to each student. The curriculum is compiled from carefully curated books and other external materials. This allows the student to benefit from the world's best educational sources in each subject, and it creates space for the inclusion of great books on a wide variety of topics.

Local Day Program

The Works is a weekly teen group that investigates how New York City functions through self-directed projects, site visits, and expert interviews turning questions like “How does this work” into deep city studies.

Online Learning Community

Recess is a live online clubhouse for homeschoolers in grades 2–8 where small squads meet weekly to code, draw, play games, or run campaigns while building friendships and social skills.

Life sciences writing tutor

Sophia is a microbiology and bioinformatics graduate student who tutors life sciences, English, Spanish, and writing drawing on her experience as an immigrant and mentor to encourage diverse students to pursue big goals.

Summer Camp

Run a Luncheonette Cooking Camp invites kids to spend a week exploring a featured cuisine, cooking with fresh ingredients, and serving a final meal to families while learning food history and culture.

Explorer’s Club 2025 is a summer program that visits favorite Brooklyn Apple field trip spots like dams, museums, islands, and science centers while kids geocache, journal, and navigate the city together.

Blossom and Root Level 2 is a secular, Charlotte Mason-inspired second grade bundle with nature study, art, literature projects, adaptable science, gentle reading work, and journaling for ages 7–10.

Nature-Based Curriculum

Blossom and Root Level 4 is a secular, creative fourth grade curriculum with nature and artist studies, mythology-focused literature, hands-on science, geography, and journaling that nurtures independence for ages 9–12.

Physical Curriculum

The Blossom and Root Mega-Bundle combines Early Years Vol. 1, Vol. 2, and Kindergarten into a digital secular program for ages 2–6 with 36 weeks of nature, art, kitchen science, early math, and stories.

Blossom and Root Level 0 is a gentle secular kindergarten year with nature, art, music, imaginative science, early reading and CVC word practice, copywork, journaling, and a “history of me” focus.

Laetitia holds dual degrees in French and Italian literature and has over 15 years of global teaching experience. Raised bilingual in Belgium and New York, she has taught languages across Asia, Europe, and the U.S. Now Modulo’s chief learning specialist, she brings a Reggio-inspired approach blending art, storytelling, and immersion.
