2nd Grade Tutor

Our 2nd Grade Tutor collection supports homeschoolers, afterschooling families, and caregivers whose children around ages 7–8 need extra support or encouragement as they grow into more independent learners. You’ll find vetted tutors who specialize in phonics and early reading, handwriting, beginning writing skills, and foundational math concepts like place value and addition/subtraction, along with gentle executive function support. Each tutor is reviewed for skill with young children, patient communication, and a secular, developmentally informed approach, with profiles noting experience working with dyslexia, ADHD, autism, giftedness, or 2e learners. Use the filters to explore by subject, availability, hourly rate, and goals such as reading confidence, math fluency, or general support.
